Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the DAOasis website, Companion App and related services (the "Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
DAOasis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. New features that augment or enhance the Platform are subject to these Terms.

DAOasis provides:
- Sanctuary bookings and hospitality services
- Dual-token ($DRT and $DVT) functionality and staking
- Community platform and Companion App
- Wellness programmes and experiences
- Educational content and resources

User accounts
Account creation
Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate, complete, current information and maintain the security of your credentials.
Account responsibility
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
- You may not share your account with others
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account

Token terms
Utility
The DAOasis tokens provide utility within the ecosystem, including:
- Access to exclusive sanctuary bookings and discounts ($DRT)
- Staking rewards and governance participation ($DVT)
- Community features and Companion App benefits
- Priority access to new features and events
Risks
- Token values may fluctuate and could become worthless
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible
- Smart contract risks and potential technical failures
- Regulatory risks and potential legal changes
- No guarantee of future utility or value
Not investment advice
$DRT and $DVT are utility tokens, not securities or investments. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice. Consult qualified professionals before any token-related decision.

Wallets and blockchain services
Wallet connection
- You maintain full control and responsibility for your wallet
- We do not store your private keys or seed phrases
- You are responsible for wallet security and backup
- Loss of wallet access may result in permanent loss of tokens
Blockchain transactions
- All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
- You are responsible for transaction fees and gas costs
- Network congestion may cause delays or failures
- We are not responsible for blockchain network issues

Payment terms
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
- Credit card details are encrypted and securely processed; we do not store complete card information
- Prices may change without notice and additional fees may apply
- Sanctuary bookings may have cancellation fees; digital services are generally non-refundable

Intellectual property
All content on the Platform — text, graphics, logos, images, software, design — is owned by DAOasis or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, modify and display that content for Platform operations and marketing.

Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
- Harass or threaten other users
- Create false or misleading accounts
- Manipulate token prices or markets
- Use automated tools without permission

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DAOasis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Thailand. For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply, but Thailand law shall govern interpretation.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases, but obligations accrued before termination remain in effect.
